About Montebelo Aguieira Lake & Resort

The Resort could hardly be better placed as it has direct access to one of the biggest dams in the country, and only 30 minutes driving from the new Olympic Regatta Center of Montemor (Place of the World Championships in 2018).

The resort offers a new concept of tourism, leisure and housing. Spread out over 35 hectares, it holds 152 different lodgings, from modern apartments to spacious villas, allowing the athletes to enjoy large common areas in each Villa with fully equipped kitchen, living room and balconies.

Houses

This resort has a system based in Villas. Cleaning is done daily and, the sheets/ towels changed every 2 days.
We would like to recommend the following rules, in order to keep the comfort and typical style of the Hotel:

• do not dry clothes in the balcony or in any other place outside your room
• use the drying items in the restrooms or the laundry service
• do not move furniture
• do not take the towels from the room to the gym or for other purposes
• if there is some technical problem in the room don’t try to fix it, just call maintenance.

• apartments with 1 room with 1 double bed
• apartments with 1 room with 2 single beds
• apartments with 2 rooms: 1 with double bed + 1 with 2 single beds (note: this apartment has only one bathroom)
• apartments with 2 rooms with 2 single beds each
• apartments with 3 rooms: 1 with 1 double bed + 2 with 2 single beds each
• apartments with 3 rooms with 2 single beds each

Meals

The meals are served in a buffet style.

The schedules are:
Breakfast: 7:30 – 10.00
Lunch: 12.30 – 15.00
Dinner: 19.00 – 22.00

Internet

There is an Internet cable system in the houses. Ask for the cable in the reception and turn it on to the phone line. Some
rooms have WiFi, ask router at the reception.

Laundry

The Hotel provides a laundry room, which can be used free of charge but the users must bring the washing powder &
laundry detergent.
Or, if you prefer, the laundry can be made by the Hotel. Ask for prices at the Hotel reception.

Gym, indoor pool and hotel spa circuit

Friday: 9am – 4pm
Saturday and Holidays: closed
Sunday: 4pm – 8pm

Gym Training Center

The gym is located in the marina.
The gym has a schedule. Each team should send the intended time of use.

Common Areas

The main building has most of the common areas: restaurant, bar, gym and SPA. The bar, where you can drink and eat some snacks, is open until 11pm.
There’s also an outdoor swimming pool (free) and a kid’s playground. As common areas are used by other guests so we kindly request you to respect them.
